In light of the hygienic nature and elevated demand for our exquisite products, all sales are deemed FINAL, and refunds are not permissible under any circumstances.


Order processing commences immediately upon submission. Consequently, modifications to orders are not allowed once they have been placed. This encompasses alterations to products, refunds, shipping methods, addresses, cancellations, and more.

Returns

We kindly urge our esteemed customers to initiate any return requests within 7 days of receiving their order to be eligible for store credit. Requests submitted beyond this designated timeframe will regrettably be ineligible. The item must be returned in its original packaging and pristine condition, as it was dispatched from our establishment. This means the product must remain uncombed, unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, and unaltered in any manner (the original ties must remain intact as received). To ensure your utmost protection, we highly recommend that all returns be dispatched via a traceable postal service that requires a signature upon delivery. We cannot assume responsibility for any items lost during transit. Please be advised that all sales on clearance and promotional items are final; no returns will be accepted for these categories. The customer bears the responsibility for all shipping costs associated with returning products. Upon receipt and verification that the item is in a resalable condition, a store credit will be issued. Should the item have been purchased during a promotion that has since concluded, any new order will not be eligible for the previous promotion. Once a store credit or gift card is issued, it cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Please note that all returns and shipments sent back to the sender will incur a flat restocking fee of $35. Shipping fees and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.


It is important to understand that items that have been used (including but not limited to wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace customized, lace bleached, or hair dyed) will not be accepted.

Please be aware that due to the intricate nature of lace products (such as full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals), these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

Given that natural hair responds to even the simplest wash and deep conditioning, any product-related concerns can typically be addressed by following our recommended hair care regimen. Should you find that your product is not up to standard, we encourage you to reach out to a Customer Care Specialist via email at Support@delicatelyyou.com within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please be aware that the use of non-recommended products, as well as any processes such as perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, or removing the hair from the weft, will nullify your eligibility for compensation, if applicable. If we at delicately you confirm that the product does not meet our quality standards, we will provide a fair resolution.

In the event that we do not substantiate the product defect, we will return the item in question to you at our expense (via priority mail), but without a replacement. Please note: due to the exquisite nature of lace products (including full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals), these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

 

Return to Sender Shipments

Every product available on this website is dispatched with a requirement for a signature upon delivery; it is essential that someone is present at the designated address to acknowledge receipt of the package. Following 1-3 delivery attempts, our shipping partner will return the package to our facilities, incurring additional costs on our end. Packages returned to sender may be subject to a standard restocking fee of $35. Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly process it and issue a store credit for your future use.

Regarding expenses linked to delayed or incorrect orders, delicately you cannot be held accountable for any cancellation fees imposed by your Hair Stylist or Salon. We kindly request that you verify and confirm all purchased items prior to scheduling any hair appointments. Furthermore, delicately you disclaims responsibility for the installation of products acquired through our website and stores. All returns and shipments sent back to the sender will incur a flat restocking fee of $35. Please note that all shipping and Route Insurance fees are non-refundable.

Concerning expenses related to hair installation, Delicately You is not liable for any costs associated with hair installations, removals, re-installations, cancellations, or any other expenses tied to the application of our products. Additionally, Delicately You does not assume responsibility for costs arising from damaged hair extensions, including issues such as bleached knots, cut wefts, chemical treatments, and general wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability


Delicately You does not accept liability beyond the remedies outlined herein, including any responsibility for products that may not be available post-purchase. Delicately You shall not be liable for consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if informed of the potential for such damages, nor for any claims made by third parties, except as expressly stated herein. This limitation of liability is applicable to both products and services. The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Delicately You shall not be liable for any damages exceeding the purchase amount.
