Our shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak sales and promotional events, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.


All shipments within the United States are entrusted to FEDEX, complete with receipt confirmation and insurance for your peace of mind. Once processed, delivery typically occurs within 2 to 3 business days. Additionally, any overnight shipments dispatched from our facility on a Friday will arrive the following Monday, excluding Saturday delivery. Orders will be shipped only after payment has been confirmed and cleared.

For international orders, anticipate a delivery timeframe of up to 10 business days, also via FedEx. Please be aware that the international shipping fees listed on our website do not encompass any tariffs imposed by your home country. We kindly ask you to consider this before placing your order. Delicately You reserves the right to modify the specified delivery method to a comparable alternative. Shipping charges may vary from the actual rates charged by the carrier, and all shipping costs must be settled in full at the time of order placement.

In rare circumstances, our carrier may encounter transit delays. We appreciate your understanding that Delicately You cannot be held liable for such delays resulting from carrier issues or natural events. Consequently, refunds or chargebacks will not be granted due to these transit delays.

Regarding undeliverable, lost, or return-to-sender packages, if your shipment fails to reach its destination and is returned to Delicately You, it is often due to insufficient address details. The tracking information will indicate "Returned to Sender." This situation may arise if:
- The shipping address is nonexistent
- The shipping address contains misspellings
- The shipping address lacks essential information (such as apartment, building, or suite number)
- The carrier is unable to deliver the package safely after at least one attempt.

Returned packages will be restocked, and you will receive store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card, deducting the initial shipping fee and a flat restocking charge of $35. Please note that shipping and Route Protection fees are non-refundable.


Regrettably, we cannot replace or reship items in these cases, as all returns are managed by our Returns Department. We kindly encourage you to utilize the E-Gift Card to place a new order with the corrected address. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired items at the time of reorder, nor can we assure that the pricing will remain the same as your original purchase.

Additionally, please note that we are unable to modify orders once they have been placed in our system. To facilitate proper delivery, ensure that your address is accurately entered, including all pertinent details. The correct use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential for successful delivery.
